For Espinosa Events & Weddings, offering a range of add-on services with clear pricing will give couples the flexibility to choose the level of assistance they need. These services are a la carte and are starting prices - all prices will be discussed during consultation and prior to booking.

Venue Selection Assistance
Helping the couple find the perfect venue, including tours and contract review. Pricing for this depends on the amount of venues involved, consultation required prior to full pricing.​

Set up/tear down services for before or after event. Consultation required for exact pricing and nature of services included.​

Vendor
Management
Handling communication and coordination with all vendors (florists, photographers, caterers, etc.) 30 days prior to event and day of. This service does not include any additional coordination services.

Rehearsal
Dinner
Organizing and coordinating the rehearsal dinner, including venue selection, décor, and vendor management. (2 hours)
